Keyclone Maximizer and Eve?

Hello. Eventually I will drink the ISBoxer koolaid™, but for now I'm looking for a maximizer that works with Eve.... the part that tiles windows and reduces framerates on non-focused windows. I have keyclone, but got some strange results when trying to get the windows laid out. So, has anyone gotten keyclone or any other free maximizer to work with Eve?

You might have some luck with HotKeyNet. Besides using ISBoxer, I know of no way to reduce the games frame rate.

There's one I used for this that did seem to work, sorta. I can't remember which one it was, though. Here are a few options I found online.

There is also one called StartEVE but I couldn't find a link to that one.
EVEMon also does something like this but I'm not sure it will tile windows like you want.

Also, none of these will "reduce framerates" on background windows as far as I know. I thought that was a WoW engine feature, not a multiboxing software feature.

Orekaria - only fullscreen
Evemon - I remember the feature, but seems to have gone missing, and was for fullscreening a window

I've run across this by googling for "Maximizer Eve" - which took a WoW maximizer and adapted it to Eve.
By setting "margins" in the config you can divide up screen real estate and place windows where you want them, but without careful calculations, scaled windows' mouse positions don't match what you expect.
So... a possibility with a bunch of work to get the layouts done right, but no window scaling.

Ah, yes, the part I left out was the window scaling: making windows smaller, and beign able to mouse into them, so that smaller windows could be used "normally".

Which brings us back to keyclone.

Here is how far I've gotten with keyclone:

Which is the exact look I want, but the smaller windows at the bottom aren't scaling the mouse properly... so close!
(Say the tiny windows are 512x385.... the mouse is acting like it is still over that amount of pixels of the larger window size.... not scaling to whole window)
