yes they seem to be having a good one every 3 months or so now a days you can find them online as well for a good price.

Well, here's to hoping they'll have a sale on MoP soon-ish, heh.

Incidentally, I got ads offering an upgrade from Starter to Battle Chest for 2.50£ as late as 10 days ago, though regrettably I had already upgraded (at full retail) by then so I don't know if it was actually still valid - this was in-game, right before the character select screen.
