Mouse repeater wont line up for Diablo3 in isboxer :(

So for some reason when i try to make a window layout for diablo 3 then use it in innerspace the mouse cursors are off just a little bit in each window which makes it very hard to multibox diablo sadly, does anyone know what the cause of this could be? I have the maintain aspects set as true... I've tried to make like 20 different layouts but none of them are lined up with the mouse repeater, any help would be appreciated since id really like to try 4boxing diablo... (I've never had this problem with 3 years of WoW multiboxing)

Mouse Repeater being off usually comes down to 4 things:

• Instant Swapping is enabled in the Window Layout
• In-game resolutions match
• In-game display modes match (cycle between different display modes as well (may require a restart of your game clients))
• Aspect ratios match (usually only applicable if Instant Swapping is disabled)

Thanks both, looks as though having the windows set in game as windowed mode was the problem, changed to Windowed (Fullscreen) and now no problems
