Just thought I'd note another cool thing I've found in the last few days questing in the Storm Legion (level 48+) zones. In WoW when I was leveling 10 toons at once, I'd have to do the quests twice because only one team would get credit at a time. However, in Rift, all the toons in a raid get quest credit. This means you could have up to 20 people completing quest objectives at once. And unlike IAs, the basic zone quest objectives don't scale with the number of people in the party or raid doing them, so kill 8 spiders is still kill 8, not kill 32. There are still the very rare core collection quest (core meaning it is a major link in a quest chain), but only 1 or 2 of these per zone. More ease of leveling for boxers - makes leveling a MUCH more pleasant experience!

in Rift, all the toons in a raid get quest credit

I noticed this at the weekend when my 5 mages joined up with a mate and continued to quest.
However, the XP seems to be down, as my progress slowed to a crawl whilst we were raided - of course, this is my first real attempt at Rift, so it's hard to be sure that wasn't normal L12-13 speed!

When you have a full group or raid, the majority of your XP comes from turning in the quests, not killing mobs. So turn in the quests quickly. The same happens in IAs, you get the most XP from finishing each IA quest, not killing mobs.
