Default Assist Me only partially working

5 Man Team with toons A, B, C, D and E. Hitting Alt+A (default Assist Me keybind) I get the following results
    Bind Used A B C D E
    A U
    B X U
    C X X U X X
    D X X X U X
    E X U

As you can see only C and D will cause the other chars to assist, B and E will only have A assist and A won't get any assists.
They all have ISBoxer add-on turned on and i've remade the team.

The configuration your using would help, there are some instructions on how to do that here: http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13

This is typically caused by having key bindings configured within the game, overriding the /assist {FTL} macro ISBoxer generated. It's configured to use <slot-specific Modifier> + Backspace, and your slot-specific Modifiers are the defaults: (1) Left Shift, (2) Right Shift, (3) Left Ctrl, (4) Left Alt, and (5) Ctrl+Shift.

The ability to assist slots 1 and 2 should actually be the same since WoW doesn't let you key bind left and right shift+Backspace independently, so I'm curious as to why 5 would assist 1 but not 2.

Anyway, the expected fix is to do the following for each instance that fails to assist another:
    1. Turn off Key Maps (Shift+Alt+M)
    2. Open the in-game Key Bindings screen
    3. Find something that isn't bound at all (an empty box) and click it
    4. Set it to Shift+Backspace and observe at the bottom what it says is now un-bound or if it was not previously bound
    5. Repeat 3-4 for other key combinations Ctrl+Backspace, Alt+Backspace, Ctrl+Shift+Backspace (depending on who they won't assist, but to be safe you can do all 4 of the combos -- left and right cannot be bound separately)
    6. Unbind the previously-not-set key binding you were borrowing

What was unbound on each of the characters while rebinding (NULL being nothing)

    Shift+Back Ctrl+Back Alt+Back Ctrl+Shift+Back
    Puntrchi NULL NULL NULL NULL
    Myriadone
    Btm Right Action 8
    NULL NULL NULL
    Endlessone
    Btm Right Action 8
    NULL NULL NULL
    Multipleone
    Btm Right Action 8
    NULL NULL NULL
    Variableone
    Btm Right Action 8
    NULL NULL NULL

After running through the unbinding of Mod+Backspace and then retesting Assist Me (via Assist Me, Interact with Target, and Hotkey 1).

Bind Used Puntrchi Myriadone Endlessone Multipleone Variableone
    Puntrchi U X X
    Myriadone X U X X
    Endlessone X X U X X
    Multipleone X X X U X
    Variableone X X U

With the rebinding Assist Me now works on:
    - Multipleone and Variableone when FTL is Punterchi
    - Puntrchi and Multipleone when FTL is Variableone

For shits and giggles I remade the 4 man *one team that was working just fine when I was leveling them through the dk starting area and found that the table looks the same just take out the Puntrchi row and column. So somewhere somehow my team broke the backspace key bind when I added Puntrchi into the mix :/

Anyways I just changed the FTL Assist keybind in ISBoxer to [Num *] and everything works just fine. I'm still confused as to why it broke when I added Puntrchi or why it only worked on certain characters :S
