[EQ2] Broadcast Delay Issue - ISBoxer

I've been running into a delay when i mash my keybinds across multiple clients if i press it like 10 times, my main client keeps in-time with my presses, but the other clients seem to be delayed a little bit. Has anyone seen this before? This is affecting both clients on my main machine and my alt machines.

I have checked my configs, i do not have any step-delays, should i add them? I do have assist+broadcasts setup.
