i have now transferred the booster to his new realm together with 4 full heirloom sets to boost 4 RAFs and will buy the accounts in the next 24 hours.

It doesn't matter, because when you click on the link in the e-mail you're taken to the Blizzard site and asked to either create a new BNet or log into an existing one. If you want to create your new accounts on the same BNet then you would just log into your existing BNet account.
