Minimap Nodes and such

Hi,

So I've got my 5 accounts running fairly smoothly now, and I've been looking for an addon that will alert you when one of the five minimaps finds a node for herbs/mining etc, but everywhere I read says it's not doable with addons.

I'm just wondering how everyone deals with this? There must be an easier way rather than only getting them on 5 seperate and looking at them all?

No way to do this that I know of. You can overlay things on the minimap but the map itself is not presented as scriptable objects to the UI, so no addons exist that will "ping" you when one shows up.
