[EQ2] RoK instances Any luck ?

Just wondering what sort of luck people are having boxing RoK instances.

Leveling in RoK was no problem as most of the quests are solo so my 6-box group did them all pretty quick. But the instances in RoK are some of the hardest I have seen in EQ2. I would love to here how other people are fairing. Or strategy on how to beat some of the tougher mobs.

Instances:

Charasis: Vault of Eternal Sleep - I clear this on a regular basis but it refuses to drop the chest armor for my Guardian.

The Court of Korucust - I clear regulary for transmutter loot.

Charasis: Maiden's Chamber - I can kill the sperm tail guy, the three sisters and the iron Golem but the Sandstorm mob is just impossible for me. I need this one for my Guardian epic weapon, errr.

The Crypt of Agony - I clear all the names except the last named have not tried in a while, I have better spells now so I should probly retry him, and I here you need to dispell his shield, have yet to try that.

Chelsith - I have only done this instance a couple of times last named here is a problem, have not figured a way to beat it yet. But I think it is doable.

Public zones

Chardok - I have red gate access but have not been past that point.

Sebilis - I have been pretty much everywhere execpt the mines in the very bottom poked around down there a little but some of the names there are very tough.

Hello. I 6box on the bazzar server. and i can do most of the zones. In CoA u just need to bring one of the healing miracles of tunare and hes a cake. No need to dispell anything. Chelsith i found to take to much time to clear so i just did it once, Same strat on last mob healing miracle of tunare. maidens i found to hard so havent really been there much, i rather go on a guildgroup.
Chardok is easy up to the red gate, after that u will be toast they are Hard as hell. sebilis i can clear every thing but the spore king, he hits my tank for 6k each hit
