Default Star Wars: The Old Republic - Rise of the Hutt Cartel Expansion

“The first Digital Expansion for The Old Republic™ features a ruthless enemy whose growing power threatens the future of the entire galaxy: the Hutt Cartel!”

SWTOR has released a new expansion, and early access starts today! Here’s what you can expect in the Rise of the Hutt Cartel: an increased level cap so you can level your multiboxing team up to 55, new story-driven missions, and battling the evil Hutt Cartel.

Buff up your multiboxing characters with new abilities, skill points, and gear as they advance, and enjoy the fresh story content with fully-voiced cinematics while you uncover the sinister plot of the Hutt Cartel. There’s even a new planet to explore – Makeb!

Players who pre-order the expansion by April 13, 2013 will receive exclusive goodies, including a special “Scourge of the Hutts” Title, a Dr. Oggurobb Hutt Holostatue, and a Makrin Seedling Mini-Pet when the expansion launches.

You'll need one copy of the expansion per SWTOR account for your multiboxing team. Click here to pre-order: http://www.swtor.com/rothc

Amazing screen shots. I missed the early order, so I'll be waiting till the 14th with a lot of people, But I was sooo happy that they fixed the blaster condenser bug. I had a few 50's that I managed to level during the 2x XP weekends, but got stopped doing the dailies on the space combat stuff. Stephen

You can actually level without the expansion.

Yeah, I got my 50's halfway from 50-51 by running Kaon.

I spent a STUPID amount on repairs afterwards because i died so often... It wasn't Hard-Mode or anything either, so i'm not claiming some huge victory. I just barely managed to get it done.

The AOE "Lightning Storm" on the Sorcs made all the trash mob stuff Super easy to blow past.

Is it me or have they added difficulty scaling since hutt cartel or has it always been there.
Reached 55 on my sages and when i enter quest areas it comes up that difficulty of this phase increases with group size.

I just did a mission called No place left to hide, part of the seeker droid mission chain.. so anyways in my group of 2 against boss he spawns 8 big adds with high health taking all i have to take just one down then i keep wiping.
Then i go in solo and its basically 4 much smaller adds with almost no health and i do it easy.

So ye just a bit confused if its always been difficulty scaling in quest instances or its new

I believe quest instances have always been difficulty scaling.

I remember that.. i had to do a lot of those one toon at a time.. i think the scaling is way over tuned. They need to tone it down a lot.
