2) if you do the referrals as a > b > c > d> e, and boosted them thru with a 90 on A. Then B would get raf from it's relationship with C as long as they are within 4 levels of each other. It would not be affected by it's relationship with A even if they are more then 4 levels apart.

Go with luxlunae's method and scrap #3.
