    Default Anyone Multibox PVP?

I've been multi-boxing eve for many years. One of the few games that I've stayed with constantly for boxing.

I used to mine with 15 hulks, rated with a carrier blob, solo all of my 10/10's, built supers/titans, C4-5 wormholes and pretty much anything anyone told me I could not do :P. Currently I 12 box VG's and making more isk then I can spend. I have 25 accounts, roughly 60 characters. Characters range from low SP cyno alts to 40-100m sp PVP machines.

In roughly 17 days I will have a set of 7 bomber alts (bomb only), I have it drawn out in my mind how it will work. T1 fleets should receive alpha damage if done properly. Once I've done it I'll be posting a video hopefully. I'm looking around for any other ISboxers that are interested in taking out large fleets with less than 3m sp toons. It's roughly 34 day train (+3 implants) to get the proper fit. I have two black ops pilots, many Cyno alts, and if this works I will run 14 bombers, 2 squads so two waves.

I'm hoping I can meet some other ISboxers that would be interested in doing this and better yet move on to bigger and better things.

I also realize most ISBoxers in eve mine, easy on lower spec PC's, you don't really have to do a lot and the risk is low. Keeping that many accounts up can be a pain for most if not everyone. I found my self making isk and not fully enjoying the game. So with that said I will eventually have an SRP program down the road for new individuals and possibly other ISboxers.

Feel free to send me a message on Jayunit in game, if I ignore the message it's because I'm spamming buttons and did not notice the message. Send me a mail if that does happen I don't bite! Feel free to message me even if you're a solo player, I'm looking to add more into the ranks once I get this afloat :-).

I would definitely be interested in running bombers with you. I will send you a mail in game later tonight.

The biggest thing that keeps so many from getting into EvE is how long it takes to be able to skill up and fly say a battlecruiser properly. Most don't really want to be flying around in frigates for ages, even if they ARE useful in fleet ops and what not.

That is in my opinion one of the big flaws of EvE and I think if they accelerated skill gain somehow to get people into those slightly larger, cool ships sooner, the game would grow much more.

That said, I think if I were to give eve boxing a shot I'd have fun just flying a swarm of frigates ;p

The upcoming changes is making it easier to get into all T1 ships sub cap. The game is about to get very newbie friendly coming patches.

My bomber plan is only a 34 day train for new characters. It's a good opprotunity for those that spend most of their time mining . Free character slot, low SP train. Hard to pass up for some good fun.

Also boxing frigates... Easy takes hardly any time to be useful in a frigate .

That's pretty interesting. What exactly are they doing? Just jacking up the T1 skill up rates or lowering the bar to effectively fly T1's?

This is all you need to see: http://community.eveonline.com/devbl...log&nbid=74234 Anything T2 or beyond sub cap will be the same roughly.

I have no idea what any of this means. I am in the process of downloading the client to trial run Eve. I hope the learning curve does not kill me. Any recommendations for a beginner?
“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?”

they are effectively lowering the bar, instead of needing level 5 to fly something you really only need level 4. This again, is affecting T1s. T2s will still effectively need level 5s.

They are also streamlining the progression path for ships inside of each race. ie: Frigate -> Destroyer -> Cruiser -> Battleship essentially.

There will be a few T2 ships you can get into without Level 5 skills, but most will require it.

My big thing to me is the streamlining of non-combat ships more effectively. It will be easier for miners, haulers, and Orca pilots to get into their respective "best" ships faster.

Also i like the capital change so i dont need BS5 to get into the next racial carrier anymore which saves me a lot of training time.

The changes are great, 8 of my 12 toons, are already setup with Frigate 4/Cruiser3/ Destroyers 5 and BC5 for the Tiericide this summer. That will save me about 30-40 days of training, and will yield me level 5 in all 4 racial destroyers and BCs already.

Its actually really easy to get started! I just started a few weeks ago, and the tutorials are very helpful. They give you missions that introduce you to the various aspects of the game, and give you all the basic equipment you need to do it. After that, you do what ever you want!
