    Default Problem with Plexer

Any other mac users using Plexer having a problem with all of your instances crashing? I haven't been able to box much this expansion because of FPS issues and the Plexer software causing so much of a headache. Every time I try to switch btw windows all but the active window crashes. This is getting to be a boxing game breaker for me. Is there any other key logger out there that works for macs? I've tried clonekeys but that one ends up getting stuck transmitting the same keystroke over and over again. usually the strafe key unfortunately so that all my toons take off running....someone please help!

    You can try MultilaunchBox: http://www.fivemasted.com/MultiLaunchBox.aspx
    Its free now.

Thanks, but it says on that website that the software is no longer being supported......doesn't that mean that it will eventually break and no one will fix it? I suppose that it'll be a temp fix anyway, something to get me along for now..

Gave MultilaunchBox a shot today, it doesn't work. It kept closing unexpectedly every time I clicked something in the program and it never transmitted any keystrokes at all. Not sure if it matters that I run all my accounts from one folder, but I couldn't add more than the one application. Anyway, was worth a shot I guess. What I wouldn't give for a functioning mac multiboxing key broadcaster!

I have never run them all from the same folder. Do mean several wow folders in one main folder, or trying to launch multiple accounts from the same folder?
I stopped working on MultilaunchBox because ISBoxer for windows was just way too to good to not use. Plus I got rid of my mac.

When I did have my mac though, I would bootcamp into windows to Box using ISBoxer. Not always a viable solution for everyone, but if you can I suggest it.

In the application folder, there is only one World of Warcraft Folder. I use the same launcher to launch all 5 accounts. I just click it 5 times and change which account I'm logging in to each time. There are 5 separate account folders in the /WTF/Account subfolder. I started out boxing from 5 separate folders and did that for the longest time, but something changed when they started the MoP patches. The aliases on my desktop that I had set up for each separate folder didn't work right any more. I would click one and each shortcut I clicked after that one would open the same one I clicked the first time. I tried deleting the aliases and making new ones but nothing changed. I even tried deleting and recopying the WoW folders. I finally gave up when I talked to another boxer and he said he ran his from one folder. Am I doing something wrong running them all from the same app launcher?

Edit: I just tried copying the WoW folder so that I had 5 folders and then using the MultilaunchBox but I couldn't add more than 2 apps to it. I kept getting a message that I needed to register the app to be able to add more.

Weird the latest version should have had all that turned off. I must of missed something disabling the trial pieces.
If you want a key let me know I will send one to you. Just use the email link on the site. I have not really touched the code for well over a year and haven't used it in almost as long.
I can't think of any reason it would not work MOP, but have not tried it.

Is there any way to set up MLB to work from just the one folder, or do I HAVE to run them from separate ones?

And I sent that request for the key....

I just sent you an email with a code.

As far as running from a single folder, I am not sure.
I thought they had to be run from separate folders. It has been over 2 years since I boxed on a mac, but I vaguely remember setting up symlinks for each folder instance.
That way I only had to patch one folder and not multiple.

Search the forums here for mac and symlink or symbolic links.
