    Question Moonkin

I'm back playing WoW after a more than 14 months break, and suddently I find my self faces with the horror of multiboxing macros again! I have been looking around for some way to squeeze some dps out of my moonkin - and I just can't seem to make it work :-(

SO: Is it worth the trouble to try and get it working? or is Eclipse just too complicated for boxing?

My team is a mixed one - currently with a paladin tank, priest healer, and mage, shaman and druid dps (all ranged). Maybe switching the druid for a hunter will make my life better? or switch the roles of the priest and the druid?

I can't get my enhancement shaman to do decent DPS so I might switch her to heals and my resto Druid to boomy. So ill play with it and get back to you but at the moment I can't say for sure. I think ppl do it, but I don't know about in a mixed team.

I have a 10 druid team with all 6 of the dps as boomkin and I am doing great with dps.

The eclipse is fairly easy to deal with because Jamba tells you, but its still not 100% for me because the keybinds that toggle my macros (shift 1 and shift 2, to change which bar is active) toggle for all of them even though they dont all reach eclipse at the same time. But I just wait till 3 or 4 hit eclipse and things are fine. Just stack crit instead of mastery.

Also in Jamba you can change the text of the proc. I can never remember if my solar eclipse should start casting wrath or was that the lunar eclipse???? So in Jamba I just change the text to read "Click Left button!!!" so I know which keybind I should hit.

Hmm, maybe its just too complicated for me :P I don't like the idea of having to switch macro's for 1 char (makes more sense if you have 6 of them ofc.) - i'm a big fan of the 1-button-mash ...

    LOL

I'm at work so I don't have WoW here or any copy of my druid macros but the idea is to create a sequence, casting all the spells leading to one of the sides (lunar or solar) then do the opposite. You need to try it on a dummy to tweek the rotation.

I don't know wich software do you use to multibox but take the idea and adapt it to your needs:

    /castsequence <dots>, wrath, wrath, wrath, <more wraths till you sure're it's enough>, <refresh dots>, starfire, starfire, starfire, <more starfires till you're sure it's enough>
    /cast <instant1>
    /cast <instant2>

That's more or less what I use on my 'chickens' and they rock.

@TR0N --> That sounds like something I could live with. And now that I see that macro I actually think that I used to have something like that 14+ months ago. Will try it on a dummy as soon as I get home from work :-)

Btw - i'm using isBoxer and Jamba (EDIT: didn't that use to show up near the avatar picture?)

It probably just seems tough the way I described it but its fairly easy.

Going by memory I think shift-1 is bar 1, and shift-2 is bar 2, and I put my wrath macros on 1, and my starfire macros on 2, then just switch between them when Jamba tells me to. I put my shift-1 and shift-2 keybinds on my mouse to make it really easy.
