    Default instances with multiple entrances

I've been having problems with instances that have multiple entrances where the party gets split up as they zone in through the exact same entrance. On the inside, part of the party ends up in one location and the rest are at another start location. This has happened to be pretty consistently in DM north and now it's happening to me consistently in Gundrak. Pretty damned annoying. In Gundarak in particular, you start on opposite sides of the dungeon. Dire Maul "just" had a few mobs in between. It doesn't seem to have *anything* to do with me zoning in all 5 more or less at once, as I tried it by walking them in one at a time. It also doesn't seem to have anything to do with the order they enter the instance.

It's particularly annoying when I'm using dungeon finder because you can't zone out to try and zone back in the right location.

With LFD, you should just be able to teleport out of the dungeon and back again (via the minimap icon) to end up on the 'correct' side that you queued for. At least this was my experience with Maraudon.

I've read references to that, I think. Anyone have a screenshot of this icon on the minimap, because I've never seen it :-/

Please excuse the pun but I've never seen that icon before. I'll keep my eye out for it though. *groan*

anyway, judging by the shape, size and border, I'm guessing it's supposed to appear around the rim of the minimap like the tracking (spyglass) icon and other addon icons and whatnot.

Yup, there's a good chance it's covered up by another addon's minimap icon.
