    Default HotKeyNet a few issues

I am using hotkeynet and jamba. I am running two copies of wow on one pc. I am having to click on the other window when casting any spells, but I've seen videos where what is done from the master is copied to the other characters. I've read through and I'm not understanding how I can set this up. I cast lightning bolt, and the secondary character is just standing there unless I click on the /assist /cast macro. When I have scroll lock down when using hotkeynet, I noticed that I have to take it off otherwise the secondary character will run in a different direction. What am I doing wrong?

I need to see your script and any errors HotKeyNet is sending out. You didn't say what you read through, but I'd suggest starting with Configuring a HotKeyNet Starter Script.

I am using the script on this page: http://hotkeynet.com/wow/wow-sample-two-on-one.html I'd like to be able to cast spells on the main screen and have the secondary character help out without having to click on their screen and click the /assist /cast macro. I also don't know why when scroll lock is down, they run in different directions.

You haven't provided any error messages from HotKeyNet, so there's not much I can do to troubleshoot. But HotKeyNet scripts aren't plug and play, they will require some configuration as explained in the guide I linked.

If your toons are running off in different directions, I would guess you are using the arrow keys to move, which is how that script is configured. Arrow keys are not usually used for normal movement, most people use WASD and reserve using the arrow keys for times when the slave and master both need to move out of something or across a phase line.

I can't address any of your other issues or be more specific unless you include the error messages you are getting.Everything HotKeyNet does or tries to do should be listed in the "Actions on this PC" window. Ensure that the "Show" box is checked.

There is no error. I guess I haven't taken enough time to sit down and read all of this (I apologize). I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. I have more than enough information on this forums and around the interwebs to find what I need. There's so much information. I will read through and if I have any ACTUAL issues I will post. Thank you again .

Not a problem. HotKeyNet does take some time to set up and can be pretty overwhelming at first {I was new to it once upon a time too, }, but it can be very powerful once you start digging in to it.
