HELP! Setting up Rift

Im asking in here( and not isboxer chat ) because i have to go back to work soon. I was hoping someone can help me figure out what i am doing wrong. In the past I would make in game keybind for bar slots, place macros on them for following and assisting, then in ISboxer i would just make sure each slot had the corresponding FTL modifier..and WALA i was done. Everything would work in game right out the gate.

Now.. I'm guessing the latest versions of ISboxer are different than when Rift first came out. The default wizard key maps are neutral i guess.. you have to go in and change some stuff. I used the guide for Rift lax made.. i used the keybinds he has examples of ( F11 and F12 for follow and assist ) SO i guess I'm needing a step by step on what to do from the point I'm at ( config link at top ) I just made one combat keymap ( does not work ) for testing.. once i know WTF i am doing i can make the rest.
