Hunter Pet PvP Comp & Arena

I'm running 3 Hunters myself at the moment and am not sure what I should run in terms of pets. Like Bird of Prey,Spider and a Cat or something.

I'm wonder what everyones opinion is on this atm? I plan on using these hunters for arena/bg's as well.


I don't know if 3 Hunters would be a good Arena team but might be just kinda unsure of which direction to go with them.


Also before its said, yes I know you can do well if you're skilled but thats not what am asking.

If they left powershot alone in 5.2 and didnt remove the ability to fire it off while camo'd then I think you could get to 1500 by making it a 3v2 at the start sometimes, but now it removes the camo.

Best bet is doing 2s, double BM to 1500 easy peasy and get your points that way, since there is no requirements on gear and cap is the same no matter which bracket its comes from.

hey guys,

i am running 4x BM + 1 Healdruid ... so i got the best expierence with one shale spider for web warp and 3 spirit beasts for additional healing and masterybuff. This together with a mixed stampede apply all buffs and debuffs which are possible.
And i guess i would do the same for 3s.

Powershot will be a joke with 5.2 ... a mate of mine was testing a while on ptr and told me a bit about. The damage is nerfed to the ground (in complete pvp equip just 20-50k crits, on the live with less pvp gear on my side 100k+ crits if its not bugging) and it is breaking camo instantly ... so bye bye to our "one-shot" out of stealth.
I was testing a bit with barrage on the live server ... forget it ... can be nice but mostly it doesn't do enough dmg ...

Maybe together with the mm-buffs it could be possible to do a bit more damage with aimed shot when you are coming out from camo ... we will see what will happen when its going live ...

Since am running 3 Hunters, I was considering this.

Spirit beast, devilsaur, shale spider.

But I heard theirs a few other good pets I could use. Cause I had the idea of having one of each type out. For example.

Hunter 1#
Spirit Beast for dps(Loq if I can get him)
Hunter 2#
Shale Spider for the web
Hunter 3#
Devilsaur or Birds of Prey (Not sure which but I heard BoP has a disarm weapon ability)

and each hunter would in fact have all three of the pets just different ones out at the time.

Was also considering the idea of just using Loq and use the Stampede glyph or if I should just capture 5 of him.

Still leveling to 90 but never hurts to have a plan in mind. If it helps am Orc as well, so I get the bonus pet damage.

Also does anyone know the current 1 Shot Macro for BM hunters as of 5.1 and the coming 5.2 (only level 55 atm but plan to be 90 in a week or so)
