I just made a few changes as well. I am taking baby steps though But I think I need to just commit to somthing close to what your doing. For now.. i stopped eating after 7PM.. i used to snack A LOT! all day.. all night. When i get out of bed i do as many push-ups as my fat ass can handle. I cant cook.. i used to buy all the geek foods...frozen pizzas, burritos and various tv-dinners. I still get microwavable food, but I get healthier choices. Lots of fish.. chicken..turkey with veggies. I also have a high vitamin and protein shake in the mornings.

I just need to add cardio and some weight training. But your story is inspiring! Thank you for sharing!

I had the same issues, but what I did was less outgoing. I bought a recumbent exercise bike and an over bed table. I can place my keyboard and mouse on the table and game while I work out. It doesn't even require intense pedaling. Sometimes I would go five hours and see 2500 calories on the readout. Now I just need to get back to a solid lifting schedule.

Would you mind sharing what brand/model of these two things you're using?

NICE! I love to hear stories like this. Just shows that with hard work and dedication anything is possible. Keep up the great work!

I recently bought some low calorie & sugar shakes and protein bars from Sam's. While not the best alternative, they have replaced the coke/sprite I used to drink for lunch and dinner, while the protein bars are ate in-between meals if needed along with alot of fruit and water. I believe even a minor change like this along with working out should show results.

But anyways, 70lbs in 7 months is very impressive!
