No legal way of transferring between 2 people because selling, trading, giving away accounts is against TOS.

You're SOL.

Buy another account, have ALL the accounts with the same contact info.

it states in the ToS that your friend can legally give you his account if he gives you everything, I.E. The actual box, CD Key, everything.
