Lead: Heals or Tank

Just trying to decide if i should lead my 5 man team with a healer or a tank. Any sugesstions would be awesome!

Lead with them all! I am usually on tank, but can easily lead from any toon with FTL in isboxer. I switch to my hunter for a tactical view, or my healer for smooth wild mushroom placement, or my warrior for a shattering throw. It's going to be helpful to be flexible and learn to switch when it's needed.
