Thanks guys I did the character transfer initially with scroll of resurrection on my Shaman, then from 80-90 quested and did each dungeon once.
Wanted some DK's in the mix so powerleveled them up with RAF and then quested/dungeon from 80-90. Probably not the fastest but it was still quick and didn't completely drain me.
