Need help >.< (Maximizer)

Ive just started looking into this morning and i am trying to figure out how these .bat files and maximizer are working? im going by How to Box 5 accounts (or 2 or 3 or 4) with ONE computer as a reference. Im changing the .bat examples he has to try and better accomodate my needs but every time i click it i see command prompt pop up and flicker away w/o giving more than a nano second to read it. Im only trying to duel box 2 chars and i do have 2 monitors. So im asking how can i get a bat file to run and how do i make maximizer to fit my windows in? thx

also i HAVE NOT messed around with any of the maximizer files... should i?
