Yes there is definately a range on the RAF experience inside Dungeons.

I have levelled 3 teams over the past month and found Ulaa's advice as he's listed above very helpful, although I found that I generally moved on to the next dungeon a little earlier and went straight to outland at 58 (Ramparts is very easy - grab all the mobs in the zone and kill, no need to move your slaves much past the bridge even with the RAF limited range).

I also add in a single run of a few more dungeons (eg Underbog and Slave Pens for example at 64-65) just for the quests. I think you might loose a little time moving the characters but the experience you get from the quests is massive with RAF. It also helps by adding a bit more variety into the process.

Moving teams is quite easy. I just fly my booster to the dungeon summoning stone, use the RAF 'Summon Friend' ability on one of your slaves. Then use the summoning stone to bring everyone else along.

Obviously if you dont have the RAF perks then the whole process is a lot more painful.
