This is the best I can come up with, it works, kinda. And I know the syntax is wrong.

Shouldn't it be

/targetenemeny [@target,noharm]

which would /targetenemy only if the rogue does not currently have a enemy targetted?

Also, what is it exactly what you are asking? Is the macro working at all, or is the DPS just low?

It's skiddish, sometimes it will work and other times it will let me stand there getting curb stomped.

I'll make the change you suggested and see it that was the problem.

You do not need to target an enemy to use fan of knives. Adding /startattack targets the nearest enemy and attacks already or just starts attacking if you already have a target.

Probably the reason it sometimes sticks is when switching targets or killing the mob you lose your combo points and FoK doesn't give combo points unless it hits your current target.

I think just use:
/startattack
/cast Fan of Knives

Then hit Crimson Tempest when you have alot of combo points and before current target dies.
