Default Returning to wow. Renew accounts or start new?

Use to multibox back during wrath and got one team to 80 before quitting. Looking to get back into the game and was wondering would I be better off renewing my old accounts or starting new to take full advantage of RAF?

    Thanks

If you had all the max lvl toons you wanted, just renew, and you can take advantage of a free 80 with scroll of resurrection on each account (or free faction change, or server change)

If you wanted more than two teams of max lvl characters, you could set up 3 new accounts, RAF them to two of your existing accounts, and powerlevel as much as you can stand to 80 for 3 months. I would take advantage of RAF, and just pay for a few toons to do an account transfer if you had any achievements/mounts etc that you were proud of.

There is the possible issue of future suspensions from boxing because of the uncertainty of Blizzards auto-anti-bot thing. The age of the account might influence this so its possible renewing your old would be better than starting new unless you were suspended before.

But nobody knows for sure and Blizzard will never tell.

There are a metric shit ton of quests that are unfriendly to boxers this time around. The game seems to be moving in a direction where the player interacts with the world more and more during quests and dungeons. The way it is being handled though is atrocious for us. It isn't group wide. All personal to each character.

That with the suspensions coming from PvP? I don't know if I'd bother in your shoes. If you bought MoP already well... may as well come back.

Well I've had to deal with suspensions before on the account both for wow ans d3. With the battlwchest being sub 20 dollars seriously considering starting brand new from scratch. Never did enjoy questing while boxing. I actually enjoyed running 5mans over and over to be honest.

RAF is the way to go, if you want to start from scratch.

You can still use one of your previous accounts, as the 'A' account in your chains.
Meaning you only need four additional accounts, if you want to five box.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

I think I'm going to go the 3 New account route and RAF them to two old ones. I plan right now to level one of each spec more or else along two ranged teams and two melee. Been out of the game for awhile so trying to get a grasp on all the changes since the old 9,6,9 tanking days. Heh

Think an older i7 920 is still viable for five boxing cataclysm and later MoP?
