Back in Vanilla I bought gold so I could buy enough cloth to have my gnome gain Darnassus rep and be able to ride a tiger. It actually ruined the game for me because I knew I didn't accomplish it. Maybe it's the way I'm built, but win trading to gain gear/titles just ruins the fun for both those doing it and those suffering from the unearned gear advantage. Oh well, I'll keep trying to do it the legit way
