RAF free levels?

Curious how people use their RAF free levels. I've used a couple on one of my characters on account A since she was lagging behind and I wanted to get to the next boosting instance. other then that they are pretty much saved up. my chain is A > B > C > D > E

E has my newly transfered 90 b/c my main account wasn't attached to my RAF accounts. My plan is to level up as many 80's as possible while I still have RAF. My main team is now level 65.

I usually grant levels from two sets, to basically add up to another toons.

Things like Mages, Warlocks or Rogues, if I don't have a set of those.
An extra Warlock can give you a summons, you can park them somewhere.
Mages can give you conjured food and port you places.
Rogues can open your locked boxes.

If your chain is:
A > B > C
A > D > E

Then you basically get a free toon on A (from granted levels), when you level/boost toons on BCDE.
If you're starting five accounts on a new server, or going to five from one (or more, but only using one existing account and four new ones) that is the optimal chain.
