Some newbie questions about RAF and dualboxing

Is it "leagal" btw to sell 80 lvl character via RAF... What I mean, that if some1 who wants 80lvl character pays me for example ~50€.. He could just make an account and recruit me. Then, I would recruit myself and another account, too. Then I would have 3 accounts. I would multibox to 80 all these 3 accounts. I would grant from B and C accounts to my main account total of 80levels. I would have on my main account two 80lvls. I could then grant from those two character to these person, who paid me 50€, total of 80lelvels. Volá. I would have 4 80lvls and 50€. Is this possible?

To sell an unused account, should be fine.
Although I'm not sure why anyone would want to buy an account from a third party, when they can buy directly from Blizzard or a retailer.

If you're selling an account which has been activated, that would definitely be against the terms of service.



You can send an RAF invite to any email address.
They can use the code, to create their account... which is then RAF linked to yours.
Or they can send the RAF invite to your email address, and then you're linked (with the new account) to their account.

Either way, once the account is created use your own retail/digital code to upgrade.
No need to sell an unused account between the two parties.

Sharing accounts is against the rules and so is trading out-of-game goods/services/currency for in-game goods/services/currency (which aren't already provided by Blizzard).

Interpret that however you'd like, and if you require a more specific answer, then you're more than welcome to open up a ticket so that Blizzard can give you a better answer.

So yeah. That second part of your answer sort of is what I wanted to hear. So that doing so, is against the rules... I didn't reliase it.

The RAF thing, is designed for me to get a friend into the game.
A boxer will often RAF to themselves, but the program was designed to get others into the game.

It is perfectly fine for me to recruit a different person, link their account to mine, and for us to level a lot quicker together.
It is perfectly fine for that person to use the granted levels to give me my bonus.
It is also fine to get my free month, when they pay for their first month.
And I get the RAF mount, when they pay for their second month of the game.

Basically, the benefits Blizzard gives you are fine, but nothing beyond that.
It isn't okay to receive any monetary amount, just what Blizzard gives.

You can buy an account as a gift, but once someone owns it, it is their account and becomes non-transferable.
