Location of Blizzard's .tmp files?

I made a mistake and started updating one of my Wow's symbolically linked client folders via WoW launcher and it filled my ssd almost completely (There was only 10Gb free).

I deleted the folder but my ssd is still missing about 2.5 Gb of free space before the update. Does anyone know where should I look for any leftover install files?

It's my c-drive so Windows resides on same disk.
