    Default Is this your team?

I bumped into a quad-boxer on The Harbinger the other day and was wondering if anyone knows this team/boxer. The lead toon in the team is Darkenzahl. If there are enough of us here maybe we should form a guild together.

    Pretty cool stealth team!

I'm on The Harbringer, but that isn't me. I'm two-boxing powertechs as Lokar'a and Lokar'o.

In you're situation, what restrictions interfered with boxing the most?

Everything was restricting me, lol. I have 4 or more characters per account and FTP only lets you use 2, Most of my characters do flashpoints for experience, have to pay in FTP, and so on. $60 a month isn't as bad as EQ2, Rift, or WoW, where i'll pay $75-$90 a month to play. I box full groups in all those games

Interesting, thanks for sharing. I'm really interested in mainly doing the class and planet quests so maybe I'd be better off playing 3 out of 4 to leave a spot for the companion for the class quests instead of having to rotate through dropping a member.

I wonder what kind of hit to my potential I would be taking by using 1 DSP companion? Anyone try this to see the difference?

It will be a huge hit to your DPS output. The biggest difference you will see is that anytime you enter an instance with more than 2 toons, the instance creates additional mobs (usually strong or elite). The difficulty of the adds are designed for 4 players so anytime you go in with 3 you are at a disadvantage. Now, this doesn't happen for every instance so might be able to get away with having 3 sometimes.

Thanks for the info Riiker! I hadn't known that the instance auto-scales to 4 even with 3. I was originally considering only what the loss would be attempting man-4 areas and instances with 3+1 companion but it looks like I would be potentially hurting myself running with 3 over 2 with normal content.

Time to wish up a better main PC or get the slave PC's working to run 4.
