D3 recent patch

As of the recent small patch about November 17, 2012 I am unable to dual box my accounts. I use Hotkeynet.
How i ran dual accounts in the past was loading one diablo then the 2nd from another folder and it worked. Now its giving me the "Diablo is already running"
Is there another work around?

Could it be as simple as making a shourtcut in folder2 with the "-launch" in destination? This has worked for me before, it skips the launcher which does the check.
