very true, when I reactivated, I had some credit card issues (first time). Bank of America said it was not them. So I had to call blizzard. Waited 45min, got everything resolved. Then I spent another 10min trying to convince the guy and some supervisor to get me a discount to do like 8 xfers, then I tried 10. They would not budge.
