I just did them again and you have to do everything. Once you get sent to Dawns Blossom you will do the first round of quests there, IGNORE the quests called "An Air of Worry" and "Find the Boy". You will get a quest that sends you to Emperor's Omen. The few quests there lead to the start of the quests (http://www.wowhead.com/quest=29931) that get you in Jade Serpent quest area.

So I got to the Jade Temple, is everyone referring to the Water Fiends? Or is there other mobs that people are killing? In the room "Fountain of Everseeing"
