I had all of that too. You still have to run through the instance, grab the monkeys, aoe down, macro out, macro back in, repeat. It's easy but not totally mindless due to the movement and resetting.

I'm talking standing in one place hitting one button forever and getting loot for 230k experience per 3 minutes at 89.

Just re-read your post - so you don't grab the 40 non-elite monkeys after that? It's a bit more experience but that one is not mindless and you have to pay attention. Whatever your leveling method, it's fine, but for me I prefer more xp without resetting and actually geting loot.
