Yea just log in under a foreign country vpn and then give blizz a call saying you were hacked. good to go.

Blizz doesnt say that all exploiters will recieve the same punishment either, it only says that they could recieve this or that.

This change or punishment doesnt really do anything. There are alot of players who queued into these exploit teams and gained alot of mmr 3k+ in some cases that wont be punished because they did nothing wrong or will fall under the radar.
