Keyclone/macro problem

Hi.

Just started trying to dual-box today on my 60 hunter and 60 warlock in order to level both to 70 at the same time. So far I've set up macros on my hunter ('main') for inviting, mounting and dismounting, and the mount and dismount macros set to the same key on the warlock. No problems there, then. But I'm having a couple of issues.

The first is with my focus. I have the 'big button' macro set up on the lock as follows:

/target focus
/follow
/assist
/stopcasting

Then I have both characters use a basic /petattack bound to the same key so the cat and felguard get sent in together with one button press. The problem is that for some reason the felguard often seems to charge off and attack something totally different, and then if I look at the warlock's screen I can see that even though he has the hunter as his focus and he is following the hunter, he's somehow managed to pick up a totally different target and sent his pet off to get that.

I was thinking that perhaps adding a line before the /petattack to make the warlock assist the hunter might help ensure he's got the same target. Would that work? If not, what would?

The other problem I'm having is with the following macro:

/script AcceptQuest();
/script AcceptTrade();
/script RetrieveCorpse();
/script RepopMe()

I have that set up on the alt but it doesn't seem to work? I gather it's meant to accept quests, rezzes etc but I'm not entirely sure how and when I'm meant to use it.

Any help would be much appreciated as it's starting to get a bit annoying!

I believe that will solve what woes you.

2 possibilities:
1st: When alt-tabbing, due to the way keyclone works, it treats it as just plain tabbing and sends a Tab to your alts, possibly changing their targets
2nd: Yer using the macro too soon, as oftentimes it takes a full second for the Focus' target to show up on the alts screen due to server lag/time taken to send the update to you, it's not quite instant, and your lock's targeting a mob the hunter targeted a split-second before your current target, or if no target is obtained, when using the pet attack it'll grab the nearest and/or random nearby mob and target it instead.

I had that same problem when i started, what i did was use tab on the alt to follow the leader, i then use the ` key to assist...it works alot smoother for me and hasne't sent the lock's pets tohe wrong target since i bound a seperate key for the actual assist.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I have TAB set to not pass, so I don't think it's to do with alt-tab'ing. I'll give the macro zanthor suggested a try.

Any ideas about the second issue with:

I'm not totally clear how and when I'm meant to be applying that one to achieve the desired effect.

If your tab is not passing, your alt+tab may still be passed as a tab to the other windows. You should add alt+tab ctrl+tab and shift+tab on DNP list too.
