In the end I wound up using multiple installs tied to each account, can't remember why but that worked best for me (i.e. account1 mapped to Eve1 folder, account2 to Eve2, etc.). Eve stores its gfx settings somewhere else other than your Eve install folder, can't remember where but its c:\programdata\Eve or something, there is a text file you can edit with all the settings.

If you use Isboxer it creates virtual files for each account.
