I'm not convinced a 4-man team in a 10-man BG can be very effective. I'm pretty sure it can't be effective at my skill level, but some of the more accomplished PvPers may have luck. I have spent all morning torn between two teams - disc priests and resto druids. I truly enjoy playing disc priests and the upcoming change to atonment (40 yard range) is actually a massive buff for PvP multiboxing them (before casters would dominate me because I couldn't heal and DPS at the same time... now I can). However, I'm not convinced 3 disc priests would be as useful as 3 resto druids. I constantly see solo resto druids that are near impossible to kill with 2-3 toons and keep thinking that boxing them would be that much stronger. I just happen to not enjoy resto druids as much. However, I really don't enjoy spending a ton of time on a team and have them be crap (mostly my skill cap, some of multiboxing disadvantage, some Blizz changed the multiboxing game so that it seems more difficult in MoP).

    That was a rant. /sorry

As far as random bgs are concerned I have always had the most fun with 1dps and 1-2 healers. During wrath I did 1 affliction lock and 2 healers, just tab dotting/fearing and healing. I felt very overpowered.
