No, they no longer has aoe taunt. But they have a TAUNT for single targets(yes it is an actual taunt, not just a threat increase).
Basically you could set macros to attack 1 target each with 1 warlock each and there you go, 3 "tanks" on 3 mobs.

Now that i think of it, they do have a shield later which deals damage whenever they are hit by anything, so there is your aoe threatholder.
