Default Hey I need some help with which software I should use.

Hey I'm kinda new to multiboxing. I'm going to play on two accounts.

I just readed khatovar's guide, great guide I must say!

But what I need help with is: which program should I use to play two wow games on one windows vista PC at the same time.

Sorry if this question has been asked hundres of times.. I tried to find the answer but couldn't.

    Thanks in advance

Ultimately, it's going to be a preference thing for you.

If you're comfortable with taking a basic script (supplied) and tweaking it yourself.
    As in writing with code...
Hot Key Net is a free program, and it is quite powerful.
There are a fair number of users here, who can give some level of support and Freddie, the author, has given good support in the past.
The HKN site explains the functions you can use, and Khatovar's site explains her script too.
    www.Hotkeynet.com

Another scripting option to consider: www.autohotkey.com; less support here, similar idea to HKN.

If you're not comfortable with coding, or prefer a GUI to play with...

Keyclone is $20 for a lifetime license, which is transferable but good for only a single PC.
You can run as many clients as you like on the one system, subject to what the system can handle; if you buy multiple licenses, KC definitely allows networking between each PC.
KC is straight broadcasting, for the most part.
You can whitelist keys, which are the only ones broadcast.
You can blacklist keys, which are the only ones not broadcast.
You can use Key Mapping, where a different key is sent to each window.
For the most part, if you want one toon to do something but not the other... you'd put a spell on "2" on the one toon, but leave it blank on the other toon... and then "2" only affects one character.
KC is lacking in two respects:
    a) the mouse broadcasting is far from fast; you won't be able to use mouse broadcast effects in combat for spells like Blizzard, Death & Decay, Hurricane, Rain of Fire, etc; and
    b) the switch speed is not instant, so you'll be lacking in pvp when you need to switch leaders.
Still, it is a one time fee that never needs to be paid again.

IS Boxer is the top choice for boxing software.
My top reason would be the phenomenal level of support, both from its' users and from Lax (the author); there are very frequent updates to fix a multitude of issues (generally with a new game or a feature introduced in a current game) as well as an IRC on the isboxer site.
However, IS Boxer is extremely feature rich.
There are wizards that get you a "basic" setup, which can be very strong.
If you're playing Warcraft, the software will generate macros for you, via its addon, which make assist extremely simple.
    - Without a focus/target/leader based assist macro, if you put a spell on "1" on each client and push your key, they'll auto assist the main window and cast whatever is on "1".
    - You can tweak the mapped keys, for a lot of target types... slot number, current window, other windows only, all windows, any pre-configured group...
The swap speed between regions (or the mouse broadcasting) is instant.
    - You can use a "send next click" action, where you push a button and in real-time a mouse cursor appears on the other screen and when you click it does the Hurricane/Blizzard etc, then automatically disables the mouse broadcasting.
You have tons of flexibility: Window Layout (one monitor or two), Regions for each or Stack each game as its own window and use Video Feeds to view the portions that are important...
MiRai has made numerous videos which explain a lot of the options you can add to your configuration.
    Two things are worth noting:
    a) because of the wizards, an initial configuration is quite easy; and
    b) the program is extremely strong, so when you want to adapt/personalize your configuration you can do so in a lot of ways.
This is a subscription model, at $15 per quarter (3 months) or $50 per year (both yourself and the person who helped you get a little extra time when you mention someone referred you, during the account creation).
IS Boxer works with more games than any other boxing software: Aion, Diablo III, Dungeons & Dragons Online, Eve, Everquest, Everquest II, Lord of the Rings: Online, Rift, Runes of Magic, Star Trek: Online, Steam Games such as Realm of the Mad God, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, World of Warcraft.... etc.

Other subscription models include: www.gamecommanderpro.com and www.pwnboxer.com; both are decent programs, but neither is even remotely close to IS Boxer.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

You need to register an account on www.isboxer.com

The subscription is to Inner Space.
The tools like IS Boxer are free, but require Inner Space.

    My username is Ualaa.
    Thanks.
