    Here's my approach.

Two IWT's, both in General as I want them to apply to all teams.

Interact With Target (Use your wow IWT keybind for ease)
Execute a step on press or release
Step 1: FTL Assist Me > Current Window
Step 2: Keystroke Action > My WoW IWT Keybind > All windows

    * You'll need to leave CTM enabled all the time, the wizard generates two IWT's one of which disables CTM; get rid of or disable that mapped key.

Press and then Release this key, when you want everyone on the team to IWT.
The delay between your press and release, allows for overcoming latency.
Generally use this one for an innkeeper, flight master, or quest giver.

    Melee IWT (No Hotkey)
Step 1: Keystroke Action > My WoW IWT Keybind > Current Window

An Action Target Group (ATG) called "Melee IWT"
Drag all melee characters, for every team/set, into this group.

Melee IWT Toggle (Give it a Hotkey, I use G6 from my G15 Keyboard)
Step 1: Keymap Actions > New Mapped Key State Action > General Key Map, Melee IWT, Off > All Windows
Step 1: Pop Up Text Action > "Melee IWT Disabled" > Current Window.... I use Red:100, Green:200, Blue:255, Display: 0.50 Seconds
Step 2: Keymap Actions > New Mapped Key State Action > General Key Map, Melee IWT, On > All Windows
Step 2: Pop Up Text Action > "Melee IWT Enabled" > Current Window.... I use Red:100, Green:200, Blue:255, Display: 0.50 Seconds

Now insert this (right after the FTL Assist Me: Current Window), into every spammed key you have for all teams:
Do Mapped Key Action > General (Key Map), Melee IWT (Mapped Key) > Target: Group (all of): Melee IWT.

In practice, you spam your DPS key, which does its thing.
If you have melee toons in the group (they appear in the Melee IWT ATG) then they will IWT with your target.
Which means run towards it, and depending on spam speed they might over-run the target and run back circling like crazy.
If you like that action, spam your key especially while the melee is approaching but has not reached the target yet.
If you don't like that action, press your key once and wait until the melee stop moving, at which point a new command to IWT (spam the DPS key) won't initiate any movement.

If you ever don't want your toons to IWT for some reason, press your toggle key which will disable Melee IWT.
Until you enable the Melee IWT mapped key, spamming your DPS key will not have any melee IWT the target.

Very detailed, how to set this up: http://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/3...469#post312469
