Default Ret Paly team LoH and Bubble control

Currently I have be leveling and running BGs with a 5 man Ret paly group. I have had several occasions where being able to pop LoH or bubble on a specific member would have been helpful.

I am using Grid with custom layouts and have only my five in a vertical bar very similar to the built in raid UF. My initial thought was to place a bar (bartender) with 10 buttons (2 columns of 5) next to the grid UF and then place 5 horizontal click regions over the 2 buttons that would send only to each slot or character. Next I thought not to use the bar and somehow use Clique with 2 click regions over the Grid UF. Maybe the left click region would send LoHs and the right region would send bubble.

So my dilemma is that both of these methods require clicking, I am wondering if any of you may have some ideas of how to better achieve this.

I use weakauras to tell me to "press G13 or die!" "press G14 or die!" for oh shit /target that guy moments.

You could go with a round-robin for Lay on Hands and Hand of Protection.

Make a mapped key, that is either a named warcraft macro action (could go with a keybind too).
    /cast [target=mouseover] Whatever.
Target is current window, no hotkey.

Make another mapped key, with the hotkey (a mouse left or right click, with a modifier).
This one is a do mapped key action, the corresponding previous mapped key, with the Ret (Action Target Group) as the target, and Round-Robin within target group checked.

If your Grid showed the rest of the raid/battleground, instead of just your team...
That would be more of an impact for your team.

You could freely Divine Shield your own team.
And Hand of Protection others, who aren't on your team.
And decide on a case by case basis (keep for your own team, if Divine Shields are on cooldown) where to use Lay on Hands.

Divine Shield would likely be easiest with a Click Bar, positioned either close to your Grid Frame or perhaps overlapping partially so the left half of each button (over your team) is Divine Shield for that toon.

You could go with a mapped key, G13 (as HPAVC uses) to activate Divine Shield for one slot only.
Jamba has alerts, when a given toon gets below a percentage of health.
Or another addon, such as the recommended Weakauras.
