Hi All - and mayby some info inside (1 x 70pali 4 x 56shammy)

Thought Id introduce myself(ourselves?) before i start to spam the forums with incredibly useless information and impossible to answer questions
Currently leveling 4 shaman to go with my 70 pali, there at 56 now and going quite well.
Effex 70 Pali - Kauz, Kauze, Cauz, Cauze 56 Shaman (Cause and Effects get it) Magtheridon EU

I lvled them pretty damn fast doing:

1-8 Quests/grindage

8-14 RFC
2 pulls with prot pali, 1 pull troggs, 1 pull orc things(run sidways to avoid dmg and more importantly shield slam stun

14-20 WC
you can get 1 huge pull at the start of the instance right round the large 1st room, though u cant just do that and reset as youl get lock out so try n time it and reset as often as poss

20-45 SM
Amoury 1 pull easy
Cath 1 pull can be tricky, easy in 2. to do 1 pull grab all outside cath, if your less than 60% hp jump off the waterfall and heal up quick, ru to doors, shield, open doors, run right at boss and manatap(shield will hold to just in range) then run out spamming clense, jump off waterfall heal and run to entrance bit to kill to LOs casters.
Library 1 pull easy but bad XP too many mobs turn back, only do if your close to lockout times.

45-55
tried several things here nothing amazing
Strat undead - side entrance pulling 3-4 packs at a time, though too much ranomd agro, invis mobs, knockabck agro resets etc. pain in the arse.
BRD - probably the best XP, get the key for the short cut, do the noral start bit and the shortcut start area, lots of healers though take them down 1st. best pull is the spectators at ring of law, u can pull the whole lot
Questing - almost as good XP as BRD and a lot less boring, plus i got to play my shaman

55+
Currently doing HC and BF in outlands
HC - Can do 1st boss, 2nd and 3rd need more levels on shammies they cant DPs great and die too quick from the AOE/random target spells
BF - Can do 1st and 2nd boss, havnt attempted 3rd as read it has AOe so just forgetting it.

Note on BF 1st boss The Maker - I whiped till red on shammies due to mind controling my pali, shield works but only once. so I decided to drop totems, move shaman out of the room as solo him with the help of totems. anyway i start the encouter, start hitting my noral attack routine macro and suddenly see a lightning bolt fly over my palis shoulder! turns out u can get LOs threw the doors in the right spot and this is a god send, you still get mind controlled but it doesnt effect u so much.

While servers are down I scoured thottbot for some easy to get blues so i have a nice start set at 70. Its not the best stuff around but very quick to get. Ive tried to get them from quests as much as possible, reasoning 1 quest = 4 blues(4 shaman) or 40 instance runs = 4 blues(rough 10% drop rate) or 4 times the price for crafted / AH stuff and Im broke heh

note: Yes Im using a staff, I couldnt find a 1h / shield combo as easy to get so for speed it seeemed best.

Im probably using the cheapest setup here lol

duel core AMd 3.6 ghz, 2 gig ram, 256mb onboard gfx! oh and 1 17" monitor but it actualy works like a dream, bit bad in ogrimar etc, but no issues when Ive been questing / Bg / instances at all.

I started out using AHK for a few days, while i played around with some trial accounts to see if i needed to upgrade my system, after i decided I could handle 5 then i spent some cash on keyclone and must say its THE best £10.50 ($20) I have spent! and trust me Im a tight arse lol
