Two things I would do.

One is put charge into your priority list. Works great for at start of pull or when switching targets, and doesn't do anything otherwise.

Second thing, if you put intervene in a macro that only fires if [help] then it add that to your priority list. If one of your alts start taking damage all you have to do is target them and continue with your dps spam key.
