I don't have a macro, but you'd likely want to keep: Unstable Affliction, Corruption, Haunt, Agony up, with Shadow Bolt as the filler.
If the whole team is Affliction, you could go with one button for each spell and play as if you have a single lock.
You could also try a priority sequence with each of those abilities... and reset target/alt.
Then spam away on one target, and if you need to reapply dots, then spam but with alt and the spam key.
/castsequence reset=target/alt Unstable Affliction,null
Not sure how that would work out.
Also, you might want some abilities on their own, like Drain Life/Harvest Life.

do you happen to know if all dots stack or not
One of my teams is Affliction Warlocks. The dots all do stack. I do a macros that cast sequences a curse (one type from each of the locks, and doubling up on the other two just because), then corruption, then agony. You will then want to MF channel, or haunt on your target.. I leave all of those to their own button as they have a cast time.
i can only see 2 curse's is that all there is ?
Elements, Enfeeblement, Exhaustion.
There is an option to display all debuffs on a target.
I believe if that is not checked, it's only going to show one of a given type of debuff to let you know it has at least one of whatever.

I am looking at my spell book now and its there.
Curse of Exhaustion is showing at 32nd level (on the wowhead talent builder), as an Affliction only spell.
Spec shouldn't be an issue, since this is an Affliction macro thread.
