Default Can this setup run 10 WoWs?

    # Operating system:Windows Vista Home Premium [Possible to switch it to whichever version of Windows 7]
    # CPU type:AMD Phenom(tm) II X3 710 Processor
    # CPU Speed (GHz):2.62
    # System memory (GB):7.998
    # Graphics card model: Radeon HD 7850
    # Desktop resolution:1920x1080

Also is there perhaps anything that I could change or upgrade in order to make them run even better?

Not at 1920x1080 and not with 8GB of RAM. That system would likely have trouble running 5 instances of WoW.

I don't know a whole lot about the AMD processors any more.
I know the Intel line has been immensely stronger for several years.

Playing with an i5 2500K, was smooth 5-boxing everywhere except SW/Org and mass battles in AV/IoC.
    It was definitely playable everywhere.
Adding in streaming software, and it was not enjoyable in SW/Org/AV/IoC.

Playing with an i7 2600K (essentially same as i5 2500K, except 4 logical cores to go with the 4 physical cores) and everything was smooth everywhere, whether streaming or not.

I don't think AMD currently has a processor as strong (for boxing) as either of these.
But that might give you an idea on the processor end.

For ram, I generally like to have ([1GB for the OS] plus [1GB per instance of Warcraft]).
My preference would be 6GB+ for 5-boxing and 11GB+ for 10-boxing.

Ram is a cheap upgrade, that would help with your endeavors.

According to the Tom's Hardware Video Hierarchy chart, a 7850HD is comparable to a GTX 480.

I would say, 5-boxing with DX9 would be quite possible, but I would be surprised if you could 10-box on that card.
How much video ram does your 7850 have?
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

    1GB GDDR5.

I'd also like to point out that like I noted I have no problems with updating current Windows to Windows 7.
Also I'd like to point out that I dont mind graphic fidelity to get below certain standards as long as all 10 WoWs will run in a reasonable frame rate.

It is highly unlikely that you will be able to run 10 clients and the OS off of 8GB of RAM. It is also highly unlikely that you will have any type of enjoyable experience attempting to 10-box on a triple-core processor that is almost four years old.
