    Double-check the gfx settings on every single one of the windows, launch them individually from isboxer. I'm guessing they are all using their own virtual file and a few may still have high gfx settings. Also, disable sound on any clients you think you won't need sound on.

    Try launching multiple Eves without isboxer to rule out any isboxer configuration problem.

    No, not at all. You can do it with Task Manager. Right-click the process -> Set Priority -> Low. Ditto with Affinity (see other threads around here for setting correct affinity for your particular CPU.
