Key Maps Indicator - Off Cant find it

Do you guys know how to turn the key maps indicator on - All i see is fps. key maps and broadcasting is invisible. I would like to turn it on, so i can see it. I'm using broadcast when turning in quests and sometimes hard to see if its on or off.

if you press ctrl-alt-shift-g you will show the control panel then under the "click bars" tab you can click on "Show All".

pressing ctrl-alt-shift-g again will close the panel.
