25 would be great but i am going to start out with 5 and see how i go...

seems like my best option will be to run one box as my main / server and then 4 others on another box that i am in the process of building...

one of my main concerns is the server lag which i can not do anything about except try the oceanic servers

unsure what is happening in singapore but optus cable will not assist me and they are the fastest possible so just got to live with it as reporting the issue several times over the years does not seem to do anything...
